1. Please carry a photo identification card with you when picking up items at the pop-up store

2. Your order will be available for pick up for 7 days after delivery

3. Pomelo reserves the right to cancel your order if the items have not been picked up within 2 weeks of delivery

4. This offer ends on June 27, 2017, with the last day for pick ups being July 2, 2017

5. Products returned at the pop-up store must be picked up and returned in store only

6. Products returned at the pop-up store cannot be exchanged for other items at the store

7. Products bought on the website cannot be exchanged for products at the pop-up store

8. While processing a return please provide your full name, order number, and email to the Pomelo representative at the store

9. Your return will be processed within two weeks from the date of return
