- Items purchased within the Sale section are returnable, but only for Store Credit Refund. Note that items on limited time promotions or purchased with a discount voucher code are eligible for return unless otherwise stated.
- Items must be in original condition: unwashed and unworn.
- For hygenic purposes, earrings and socks are non-returnable. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear without removing the hygienic strip. You may not return swimwear products if the hygienic strip has been removed or tampered with.
- Items must have all tags attached. Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box included.
- Items must be returned within 365 days from the date the item is received.
- All returns will be refunded via a full credit card refund. At this time, we do not offer store credit refunds.

5. The refund methods are via Credit Card refund or Store Credit refund. Credit Card refunds are only available if you create your online return within 30 days from the day that you receive your package. It can take up to 30 business days from the date that we received your return for the refund to appear in your account. Store credit refunds are available up to 365 days after you've received your package. They will be processed within 2-3 days after we have received your return. Your store credit never expires and is valid for any and every future purchase, just as long as you manually enter the amount at checkout.

7.2 Please wrap your parcel and put the printed form inside the package.
7.3 Then send it to Ninja Van's Office as registered mail.

7.4 Inform us of your parcel the tracking number via our Returns Page.
7.5 Please note that regular international postal parcels may take up to 21 business days
(excluding weekends and public holidays) for it to be delivered back to our warehouse.
8. After we have received your return, please allow 3-5 days for us to begin the Credit Card Refund process, which may take anywhere from 14-30 days to appear in your account.
9. We have a no exchange or reservation policy. If you want to exchange any items, you must create a new purchase and return your old one.
- Merchandise must be returned within 365 days from the date the item is received. Credit Card refunds are available if your online return is created within 30 days from the day in which you received your package. Store credit refunds are available for the entire 365 day duration.
- After 365 days, we will not accept your return.
